As your new build contractor, we oversee your bespoke home from the ground up, managing everything from site preparation and structural work to plumbing, electrics, interior finishes and final fittings. Custom-built touches like integrated storage and tailored cabinetry are planned in from the start, so your home is beautiful and practical from day one.

Three ways to build a bespoke home

Start with a plot, an old house or a set of drawings.

From plot to keys

Found a plot, or thinking about one? We visit it with you to look at access, ground conditions, services and what planning is likely to allow. Then we design the house, handle planning and building regulations, and build it.

  • Site and feasibility visit
  • Design and planning by our design service
  • Groundworks through to final fittings
  • Interiors by Decoris, energy by Precision Green Energy

Replacing an older house

Sometimes the best plot already has a tired house on it. A replacement home lets you start again on a site you know. Councils usually limit how much bigger the new house can be, especially in the green belt or the Cotswolds National Landscape, so we check the policy before design.

  • The planning case for a replacement
  • Site preparation
  • Services reconnected and upgraded
  • A new home built to current standards

Building to your architect’s design

Already have an architect and drawings? We act as your new build contractor, pricing the drawings in detail and building them faithfully, with heating, electrics and interiors coordinated alongside.

  • A detailed quote from your drawings
  • Early advice on buildability and cost
  • One project manager on site
  • Regular updates for you and your architect

FAQs

New build questions

What makes a home bespoke?

It’s designed around you and your plot rather than repeated from a standard house type. The layout, materials, glazing, joinery and energy systems are all chosen for how you want to live.

Can you build a house my architect has designed?

Yes. We price your architect’s drawings in detail, raise any buildability questions early and build to the design, keeping you and your architect updated throughout.

Can I knock down my house and build a new one?

Often, yes, with planning permission. Councils usually control how much bigger a replacement house can be, particularly in the green belt and the Cotswolds National Landscape. We check the rules for your site before any design work.

What is the typical timeline for a new build project?

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the build, but most new build homes take between 6 to 12 months from initial design to completion.

Can I customise the design to suit my lifestyle and preferences?

Absolutely. We work closely with you during the design stage to create a home that reflects your personal style, needs, and functionality requirements.

How involved will I be throughout the building process?

You’ll have regular updates and opportunities to provide input at key stages. We encourage collaboration to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

What sustainability options can be incorporated into my new build?

We can integrate a range of green solutions including solar panels, energy-efficient windows, insulation, and smart home technology to reduce environmental impact and save energy.

Can you manage the entire build from design to completion?

Yes, we offer a full-service approach that covers everything from initial design and planning permissions to construction, interior finishing, and handover.

How do you ensure quality control during construction?

Our project managers conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with all contractors to ensure every aspect meets strict quality standards.
