This bespoke new build features a stepped roof design, huge rooflights that flood the home with natural light, and a sleek open-plan layout with triple-glazed aluminium doors and windows.
With two ensuites, a family bathroom, LVT flooring, and fully landscaped gardens (designed by the client!), every inch was carefully considered, right down to the brick and window detailing.
Built on a tricky sloped site with deep foundations and limited access, our team overcame every challenge to deliver something truly special.
Precision Green Energy Solutions carried out the full M&E package, including the electrical system, MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery), and heating system: comprising a gas boiler, pressurised hot water cylinder, and underfloor heating throughout.
