About the Project

Stone Barn and Welches Farm, both transformed into high-end holiday accommodation and a versatile wedding venue.

At Stone Barn, we remodelled the bathrooms and bedrooms to the highest specification, introducing luxury en-suites with premium finishes and thoughtful design details. The renovation also incorporated bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces, including handcrafted dining tables designed to host spectacular wedding banquets in the property’s dedicated reception space.

At Welches Farm, we created the ultimate bridal suite, complete with a new en-suite bathroom and a stand-alone bath set on a raised platform within the elegant bridal dressing room. Guest accommodation was upgraded with stylish en-suite remodels, while a unique children’s adventure playroom and sleepover space was designed, featuring custom-built bunk beds for an unforgettable family experience.

The grounds were further enhanced with the addition of a feature swimming pool and pool house, providing guests with the perfect setting to relax and celebrate in style.

This dual-property project successfully blends boutique luxury with versatile event functionality, making the estate a destination of choice for weddings, celebrations, and luxury getaways.

We have used Precision for a number of projects, including 3 new bathrooms and a roof repair. On all occasions Nathan has been lovely to work with: knowledgeable and efficient. Without exception everyone sent to work at our home has been hard working, really skilful and lovely to have around. It's been at a great price too. We have been really impressed and would definitely recommend.

From the outset it was obvious that Nathan had a complete understanding of what we wanted to achieve with our new bathroom and talked us through what could be done; nothing was a problem. When the time came to do the work, his team were very professional, respected the fact that they were working in our home, were really well scheduled and did a really good job. When issues arose or decisions were required, these were never treated as problems but simply opportunities to discuss with us the best way forward. Everything was completed to a very high standard and all within the original quotation. We would certainly use Nathan and his team again.

We have recently had our ensuite and our bathroom refitted by Precision Home Interiors and are extremely pleased with the finished installations. Not a happy customer due to not getting the quote and get a reply within the timeline Precision promised. Actually, they don’t get back to us at all. We were originally told quote will be provided within 3 working days, then wait one week nothing. I sent email to the office which their office replied quote will be shared in next few days, and one week passes, we still haven’t got a quote or any reply. I think Precision is more fit for people who have a big renovation project, like a whole house or extension job, bit fancy job not handy work. We have a 14 sqm garage conversion project, and it may be too small or too cheap for Precision to put effort, hence Precision even never try to send the quote to us.

Precision came into do a full rip-out and refurbishment of my house in Brookbank Close, Cheltenham. The comprised removing everything downstairs and installing new UF Heating, a new WC, a new kitchen, all electrics and plumbing works, and an unusual and demanding amount of custom joinery. The teams were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation.
